Grace J is a Taiwanese writer who was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to the United States when she was 17. After working for the fashion industry for a decade and living in the States for 20+ years, she started to share her experience and has a goal of showing Taiwanese readers those unheard stories or perspectives outside Taiwan. She is a regular columnist at Taiwan’s Crossing magazine 換日線. Several of her pieces were printed on Crossing’s printed version of quarterly magazine, including

Starting from 2021, Grace produces and hosts a podcast, Connecting with Taiwan, as an extension of her column showcasing Taiwanese or Taiwanese Americans undiscovered stories.

As a mom of two kids, it is Grace’s ultimate goal for her children to be Chinese & English bilingual. She then created a podcast, Our Chinese & English Journey, to discuss with other parents about the struggles and methods on this bilingual journey.
